Mark your calendars! "RAISE the ROOF!" is coming up on September 10th, so bring your dancing shoes and get ready to party with your future neighbors and supporters of Humboldt Commons.

Enjoy music, dinner, a silent auction and a raffle, all set to the sound of local dance band "The SoHum Girls" at the beautiful Fieldbrook Winery.

This "Fun-Raiser" supports Life Plan Humboldt, with this year's event benefiting the construction of a sidewalk and bike trail along Hiller Road, a win for the whole community.

Who is Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation (RCH)? RCH is a nonprofit based in Ukiah, California.

Life Plan Humboldt has negotiated with RCH to design, build and operate subsidized apartments for affordable senior housing on the same campus as Humboldt Commons, with all residents sharing trails, gardens and activities.

This is an entirely separate project than Humboldt Commons and will be following their own construction timetable.
