Often times I feel working with my own personal horses is the hardest of all. I find that I will feel as though I am not doing enough or that we should be further along, the list goes on and on. It is as though the lens looks different when I evaluate where we are together. This false pressure you put on yourself can make it harder to really just enjoy all the beautiful moments and accomplishments.
I find my clients stating similar feelings.
Curious of others that have felt this same way.
I am striving to always make the most of my time together with my horses and stop thinking of a timeline or pressure to do more. I feel this is a practice I must continually strive towards. I want to remain consistent in my approach to stay horse first. Our horses are our teachers, let them show you the way!
