We strive to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can experience personal growth, emotional resilience, and holistic healing through our equine-assisted programs. We are an Eagla-certified equine-assisted psychotherapy provider (2025) and a certified facilitator of Horse Powered Reading®. Major's Place exists to support and provide services for under-served populations throughout the North State including Siskiyou and Shasta counties. Our first piece of awesome news this week…
Majors Place has been recognized as an EQUUS Foundation approved Equine Welfare Network location. ✨💙

The EQUUS Foundation is the only national charity in the United States 100% dedicated to protecting America’s horses and strengthening the human-equine bond.

This is a huge honor, and we’re so thrilled to be recognized as an ally in equine welfare. 💙💙💙
