Join us Saturday, October 24th at 5:00 PM at the McCleary School Grounds for a fun-filled evening with games, food, our famous Haunted Hallway, silent auction, and lots of family fun! 👻🐾

We’d also LOVE your help making the night a success! Come volunteer, lend a hand, and be part of the fun! Whether you can help set up, run a game, assist with the auction, or pitch in during the event, we’d be so grateful to have you.

As we wish Mr. Heley all the best in his new position, the district is looking for community input regarding what you want to see from a new Principal. Please complete this short survey to help the selection committee through this process:

We invite you to share your thoughts on what important attributes and qualities you would look for in the principal of McCleary School, which serves students Kindergarten through 8th grade as well as preschool students. This survey will close on Wednesday, June 22nd at 8:00 PM.

🚒 LIVE FIRE TRAINING 🚒

Next Saturday, June 20th, McCleary Fire Department will be conducting live fire training at a residence on the corner of S Main St. and W Hemlock St.

You will notice smoke, flames, fire engines, and firefighters working in the area throughout the day. This is a planned training exercise designed to give our volunteers valuable experience in a controlled environment.

We ask that community members avoid the immediate area and give crews plenty of room to work.

The last meeting of the 2025-2026 team is June 10th at 5:30pm. We hope to vote in a new team for the 2026-2027 school year. All board positions are open (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary). Please consider giving your time to keep the McCleary Wildcat Boosters going. The Boosters provide community minded events that raise funds to support supply purchases and projects around the school. This year we purchased new equipment and sand for Track, the snacks and water for state testing, did a room redo for SSR and purchased over $4,500 in supplies to support P.E., Music, Steam, the Win room and Special Education for next school year. Go Wildcats!
