Double the goodness! 🪎
Double the gratitude!! 🪎🪎

Payette Lakes Progressive Club granted us the funds to purchase 5 new dressers for Shepherds Home & RC Willey matched the donation and more!!! 😯

Today, TEN new dressers, a new bed and an area rug for our game room were delivered and installed, ready to bless the children who stay with us! 🥳

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Payette Lakes Progressive Club and RC W***y. We are deeply grateful! 🥰

We see this every day. Thanks to our partners, RiseUp2Thrive, for the work that they do to support victims of domestic violence.🫶

Domestic violence doesn’t just affect the person going through it. It affects the kids too. 💜

They see it. They hear it. They feel it, even when we think they don’t.

Kids deserve to grow up knowing what love feels like, not what fear feels like.

Breaking the cycle matters. For us and for them. 💜

Congratulations to our own friend and former housemom Traci Jamieson for the well earned and well deserved Angels in Adoption award this week in D.C. We are grateful for all Traci means to us and our community! 👏🏻🫶🏻

Last night, Shepherds Home’s new houseparents hosted the Home’s governing Board of Directors and the Home’s Foundation Board of Directors, as well as our former houseparents, for a BBQ showcasing all the work that was completed on the Home. It was a beautiful time of burgers, salads, laughter, conversation and tours of the Home! Thank you Tyler and Ana for your warm hospitality!

Remember, in June, when we were looking for new houseparents? 🤔

We've been keeping a secret since July. 🤭

And, now we can let the proverbial cat out of the bag. 😺

They're HERE!!!! 🏠

Meet our newest team members, Tyler and Ana Daniels. The Daniels drove cross country to bring their expertise in Foster Care and their gifts and abilities to Shepherd's Home and we couldn't be more excited! 🥰

When you see them around town, please give them a warm McCall welcome! 😎

We haven't forgotten.
We won't forget.
To those who gave all,
our gratitude is not enough.

Community looks like this. 🥰

We have been blessed beyond measure. On Saturday we had a small army give 8.5 hours of time & talents to help get our Home ready for the next chapter. Thank you!! 🙌🏻

Then a larger army showed up last night and gave more. The Young Single Adult Ward of the McCall LDS church brought 24 people who gave 2 hours to wipe walls, wash baseboards, mop floors, wipe out freezers, sort toys, and move a few pieces of furniture around. Thank you!!

Our new chapter starts today. Soon our new houseparents will arrive, the sounds of children will echo through these halls, and our 30-year legacy will continue.

Our community is simply amazing! 🥰
