Proviso Township High Schools District 209 Students affected by the teacher strike can come to the Maywood Park District Lightford Recreation Center!

Located 809 Madison st. in the Village of Maywood on the corner of Madison and 9th Ave

We have Food, games, art and music to entertain yourself or just hang out in a safe space.

We invite to come here for the duration of the teacher strike and spring break!

9am -2pm
Monday -Friday

As we end our school week Wildcat STRONG, we want to say thank you to our amazing athletes, mathematicians and educators for representing WDLA so well!

We are GRATEFUL for our 3rd-5th Grade Boys Soccer Team and Mr. Chaidez for winning 1st place on D89s Boys Futsal Conference Tournament Championship and for our middle school scholars and educators, accompanied by Mrs. Oswald, for winning 1st place at the Proviso Math and Science Math Competition.
