How Echo spent his NYE- I’d say he’s more than ready to give alllll the lovings to his person! Our rescue is closing its doors for good. Please help Echo find a home. Whether that’s fostering, adopting, or a rescue willing to help.

Adoption fee is WAIVED until January 10th.

-4/5 yrs old
-45 pounds
-house broken + crate trained
- medium/low energy
- large dog friendly
- cannot go home to small dogs or cats

**MUST go to a well secured 6ft fenced in yard- the fence cannot be chain as he will climb it**

Echo update: people STEPPED UP!

he doesn’t have cancer! An extremely kind soul STEPPED UP and offered to pay his $600 vet visit. There’s a few options of what the mass/protrusion could be, but all are relatively minor, and the “protrusion/mass” seems to be shrinking on meds.

2 more very kind souls STEPPED UP and helped me do some further temperament testing with him and I’m happy to say, he CAN go home with another dog, but large dogs only please.

Who else wants to STEP UP?! He still needs a home. Whether that’s a foster, temporary foster to give me a break, another rescue willing to pull him, or an official home for Christmas!

Echo is still waiting for someone to take him into their home. It doesn’t have to be adoption. It could mean another rescue pulling him from mine or someone stepping up to foster. Due to the overwhelming need and lack of support I’ve received, this rescue will be closing its doors once Echo is squared away.

A few days ago I asked for help and was met with nothing but judgment, criticizing, attack and cyber bullying- and I’m sure this post will get that too and that’s just fine.

My grandma taught me a lesson a long time ago- “if you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all”.

For those who have actually stepped up to help- I’m forever indebted and grateful for you.

Meet Echo! A 3ish yr old little man, 45lbs, with an absolute zest for life. He is so so happy all the time and loves everyone he meets!

Must meet family dog first, not sure how we are with cats. Must go home to a well fenced in yard.

Our rescue is in need of some help! If I can’t find anyone else to foster Echo, and we can’t get him adopted yet, I’m looking for someone who would like to become a volunteer with the rescue, and give him some “relief” from being in his crate on my long days.

What’s needed: someone who can stop by my house (Mays Landing) mid day for maybe 30mins on a consistent basis Tu/Th at the very least. Fri/Sat as well would be great.

Who wants to add a 4 legged handsome hunk to their family? ORRR **foster** Our rescue, I like Big Mutts, took this fella on because he was timestamped and hours away from being put down. I personally, as the owner of the rescue, knew that I was not really at a time or place in my life to take him in, but I did anyway. Now I’m asking for your help- either to get this boy adopted OR fostered. He could not be an easier foster, I’m just out of my house close to 70 hrs per week and it’s hard.

Who wants to do our rescue a HUGE favor tomorrow and help out this handsome hunk?!! He spent the night at the vet and will need to be picked up and brought back to my house tomorrow. 🎉 BIG NEWS ALERT!!🎉

After nearly FOUR MONTHS OF WAITING, we finally received our official 501c3 status from the IRS!! This is huge as it was very hard to get anyone (shelters, vets, trainers, etc) to partner with us without it. Now, our rescue can start doing more!

And finally, even BIGGER, *bittersweet* news that I have been dying to tell everyone….

🎉🎉BABY GIRL ELEANOR WAS OFFICIALLY ADOPTED!! Our first pup 🥹 🎉🎉

Just 8 months ago, this girl knew nothing but a chain and starvation. Just 3 months ago, her stepping in my house was the first time she had even been in a house. She needed manners, patience, love, and honestly just time to learn how to “dog” before she was ready for her people.

After trial and error, looking for the perfect fit for her, a week long “trial” with her new family, baby girl has finally found her people. There’s nothing like a child growing up with a pup as their best friend, and that’s exactly what she’s going to be to this family 🩵 Congrats sweet baby girl, you were such a joy to have!

Eleanor is still fatherless- located in Mays Landing NJ (we’re a legit nonprofit rescue, just brand new!)

1.5yr old, fixed female, lab/mastiff mix, 90lb

Someone please adopt this sweet girl. Voorhees Animal Shelter rescued her from her “home” in November where she was chained to a fence and weighed a whopping 30lbs 😔- she’s 90 now!! She’s been with me for almost 3 months now, so I can tell you anything and everything about her!
