Maynard, MA class of 2026: Applications are now open for The Ronan Fund! Each year, we support recent high school grads with the drive to succeed in a trade or the arts without a four-year college degree.

Don't sleep on this. Apply before June 1. We can't wait to hear about your dreams!

The Ronan Fund is a volunteer-run non-profit organization that supports high school seniors who choose to bypass college in pursuit of a dream. We strongly believe that those pursuing a trade should be celebrated as enthusiastically as those applying to college.

It’s giving… a different definition of success.

Support The Ronan Fund this Giving Tuesday and help Class of 2026 grads launch into the trades or the arts — no college required. Every dollar raised goes to young people ready to keep the lights on, the music playing, and the dreams alive. When that’s their path, we’re here to back it. Join us!

This Thanksgiving, we’re taking a pause—but holding the purpose.

Each November, The Ronan Fund Music Jam has brought our community together to celebrate music, gratitude, and the bright futures we’re supporting in Ronan’s name.

This Thanksgiving, the Jam will take a pause. It asks a great deal of heart, time, and energy from our organizers and musicians—and we’re giving ourselves the space to reflect and regroup. But don’t fret! You can expect a whole new format in 2026.

We remain deeply committed to supporting young people who are choosing a different path: one of creativity, craftsmanship, and purpose.

If you’ve ever danced, donated, or cheered with us at the Jam, we hope you’ll donate what you would have spent on tickets. Your gift will go directly to the next generation of local artists and tradespeople.

Meet Ray, an aspiring sound engineer and our second The Ronan Fund Apprentice at Q Division Studios!

Instead of taking the traditional college route, Ray is jumping straight into the studio, learning the craft hands-on. A lifelong musician, he picked up drums and guitar at a young age and now spends his time writing songs, performing live with his band, and honing his skills.

Welcome to The Ronan Fund family, Ray! Here’s to making music and chasing dreams, one track at a time.

The Ronan Fund supports these incredible trailblazers. A future plumber, esthetician, and realtor. Two electricians and two welders. A sound engineer, an author, a race car mechanic, and several entrepreneurs. We are inspired by their hard work and resilience, and it is our honor to play a part in their journeys.

Join us. Help us fund coursework, trade school, certifications and start-up costs for high school graduates seeking viable careers without a college degree.

Meet Will, a recent graduate of Maynard High School and a recipient of The Ronan Fund. Will has a big dream: to build a successful global golf brand. He’s already off to an impressive start, having co-founded Pure Golf with his brother while still in high school.

Now, Will is ready to chart his own course—traveling, learning, and chasing experience as he grows both his business and his vision.

We’re proud to support Will on this journey and can’t wait to see where it takes him. Congratulations Will!

Meet Jackson—a 2025 graduate of Maynard High School and recipient of The Ronan Fund. From his early days on the cul-de-sac, Jackson showed a natural passion for business and real estate.

With plans to earn his real estate license and eventually become a landlord, Jackson is driven by a clear goal: to create the best life possible for his friends and family. His ambition and heart are exactly what The Ronan Fund is proud to support.

Congratulations, Jackson, and thank you to Sanctuary - Cultural Arts Center who graciously sponsored his award.

Meet Nia—a 2025 graduate and recipient of The Ronan Fund. Nia is on her way to becoming an esthetician, with a dream of helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

While working toward her certification, she’s been sharpening her skills on her mannequin and preparing for her future in skincare and beauty.

With her vibrant energy and uplifting spirit, Nia is clearly on the right path. Congratulations, Nia—and thank you for bringing beauty, confidence, and acceptance into our community!

Meet Miller, a recent graduate of Maynard High School and a recipient of The Ronan Fund. Miller is a fierce advocate for students who don’t always thrive in traditional classrooms—especially those labeled as being “too much.”

Driven by a passion for change and big dreams, Miller recently wrote a children's book that teaches kids about money and encourages them to keep dreaming. His goal? To write more books that make education more inclusive, empowering, and inspiring for all.

Congratulations Miller! We’re proud to be part of your path.

This is Adam, a 2025 grad and recipient of The Ronan Fund. Adam is chasing his dream of running his own electrical company — working full-time, with plans to take night classes to earn his Master Electrician License.

When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him fly fishing. We wish him success and many good days on the water. Congratulations, Adam!
