We have exciting things happening at Palarm Creek Farms and Salt + Light Holistic Health, and we would love for you to be part of what we are building in our community.
OUR FIRST PALARM CREEK FARMS FUNDRAISER
You’re invited to the Soldier Strut, our first fundraiser benefiting Palarm Creek Farms!
Palarm Creek Farms is our nonprofit initiative partner and an important part of our vision for creating a Whole Health Epicenter in Central Arkansas. We are building a place where people can step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves and others, and experience healing through nature, movement, education, supportive community, equine wellness, and other whole-health programs.
The Soldier Strut will be a meaningful opportunity to gather as a community, honor those who have served, and help bring this vision to life.

Board-Certified Psychiatrist
Dr. Alexander has a heart for therapy, meaningful connection, and helping people move toward genuine healing—not simply managing symptoms. She is also an Arabian horse lover and a wonderful supporter of our developing equine wellness programs.
Melanie Sterling, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Melanie brings extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, medication management, integrated treatment, and both in-person and telehealth care. She is passionate about providing thoughtful, evidence-based support tailored to each person’s needs.
Insurance participation may vary by provider. Cash-pay and HSA options are also available.
