Fresh Sweet Snap Peas off the vine, tomatoes, green beans, cucumbers, and melons!

Not to mention the POPCORN! We grew and harvested over 300 Pounds last year!

Spotted around the farm were these Monarch Butterfly Caterpillars chomping down on their favorite buffet, the common milkweed, which is abundant around the farm.

In roughly 1-2 weeks, these caterpillars will transform, trading in their stripes for their iconic orange and black wings.

Through a grant/partnership with the Susan L. Canole Foundation and True Vine Equestrian, Kash and Hope will be at the Pretty Lake Farm providing quality programing and experiences for our campers.

Bonus - We've had multiple painted turtles today come out to lay their eggs.

Its a great teaching opportunity for our campers!
