The pool parking lot will be plowed and the sidewalks near the bus stop will be re-shoveled on Sunday 2/01/2026 to remove as much of the drifted snow as possible. These areas should be clear when school resumes on Monday. The HOA has also expanded our snow removal contract to include the pool parking lot whenever we have heavy snow. Thank you to our snow removal contractor, Landscape Design Solutions LLC, and to the homeowners who reached out to us on the HOA website!

Join us for the first Mill Valley North Neighborhood Night Out! We're meeting at The Marysville Sports Pub for Trivia Night on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 7:30 PM.

NOTE: If Trivia Night is cancelled by the pub, we will still be meeting there. Feel free to bring a board game to play or just order some food, watch the game, and hang out with your neighbors.

PRIZE DRAWING! Each Mill Valley North resident who attends will be entered into a drawing for a free appetizer or beverage, courtesy of HOA Board President, Chris Slee.

After a merger between Elite Management Services and its sister company, our HOA is now managed by Cedar Management Group (CMG) effective October 1, 2025.

CMG promises “to provide improved education for community members, more streamlined operations, and greater resources for all involved parties.” Despite initial and persistent data and portal issues, we see potential in CMG's processes and remain hopeful that this change will benefit our community in the long run.

UPCOMING POOL SCHEDULE CHANGE: The pool management company has confirmed that after Monday, August 18, 2025, the pool will be CLOSED on weekdays and OPEN on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, weather permitting. The pool will also be open on Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, weather permitting. Labor Day will be the last day of the pool season. Happy swimming!
