👻🚗 HALLOWEEN MAGIC DOESN'T DELIVER ITSELF! 🎃💗

Our volunteers have spent weeks cutting, crafting, pressing, personalizing & packing up Halloween surprises for hundreds of kids & teens experiencing homelessness - and now it's almost time to get all that magic where it belongs!

But there's just one little problem... WE NEED MORE DELIVERY DEMONS! 🚨👻

Our ghostly gang is hitting the road THIS FRIDAY, and we need volunteers to help transport Giving Ghost goodies from our Maryland Heights office to our partner shelters & organizations throughout the St. Louis metro area!

🚗 HERE'S THE SPOOKY SCOOP:

📅 Friday, October 23
⏰ Deliveries between 3–6 PM
📍 Pickup in Maryland Heights
🗺️ Multiple routes available throughout the metro area!

And don't worry - you don't need a giant SUV or truck to help! We have smaller routes that are perfectly manageable in a regular car, too!

Whether you've been crafting alongside us all season or you're looking for a way to jump in for the final stretch, we'd LOVE to have you join our Delivery Demon crew! 💗

Our volunteers have poured so much love into every pumpkin, costume, trick-or-treat bag & spooky surprise. Now we just need a few more helping hands (and wheels!) to get everything delivered! 👻📦

👻 WEEKEND WRAP-UP: SPOOKSHOP EDITION 🎃

Our Halloween magic is REALLY coming together, and today our volunteers came to SLAY! 🔪🧡

At one of our final Spookshops of the season, our spooky crew showed up ready to make some magic!

🧛 Vinyl Vampires officially finished ALL of our personalized Trick-or-Treat bags! Every single bag now has a kiddo's name on it, ready to be filled with treats and Halloween surprises. It's a little detail that means so much—because every child deserves to feel seen, special, and celebrated. 🧡

🧟 Monster Makers put the finishing touches on our snack-filled pumpkins and Boo Bag tags!

And this crew didn't stop there! They also:
🎨 Prepped ALL of our pumpkin painting sets
👻 Labeled Mummy Costume Boxes & Boo Bag tags
🍬 Got a head start on Boo Bagging
🎉 AND jumped into prep for our next Birthday Workshop!

WHEW! That's a whole lot of spooky magic packed into one Saturday! 🎃✨

After weeks of planning, crafting, cutting, pressing, and assembling, it's incredible to see everything coming together. Every little detail represents a child who will get to experience the joy of Halloween, and we couldn't make that happen without our amazing volunteers. A MONSTER-sized thank you to everyone who helped bring us this far! 🧡

👻 WANT TO HELP US FINISH STRONG?

👻 THROWBACK THURSDAY: BETTER TOGETHER EDITION! 👯

Some Halloween costume wishes are cute on their own… but last year, a few came with a built-in partner in crime! 🧡

🎃 Some costume wishes came in pairs!

We had siblings & twins hoping to coordinate their Halloween looks, with requests like Thing 1 + Thing 2, Pebbles + Bam Bam, Batman + Robin, Mario + Mushroom, and Sonic + Knuckles. 🥹

Because apparently the only thing better than becoming your favorite character for Halloween is convincing your sibling to join the theme! 😂

And our Giving Ghosts got to help make those perfectly paired wishes come to life! 👻✨

Now we need to know: if you had to pick a matching Halloween costume with your sibling, best friend or partner, what would you be? 👯🎃

🎃 WISHLIST WEDNESDAY 🎃

Our birthday magic is taking a tropical detour this spooky season! 🌺🎀✨

This week, we're sailing off with Moana and stepping into Minnie Mouse's world as we celebrate TWO sweet birthday girls! No tricks here - just wishlists waiting for a little love! 💕

🌺 J’Aylonii (1) is celebrating her very FIRST birthday with a Moana theme! She's wishing for Baby Alive, Disney Princesses, Little People, and a mini ball pit to splash around in (minus the water, of course!). She also needs 18-month clothing. Her favorite colors are pink, yellow & teal! 🌊💖

🎀 Gerkaya (5) is celebrating with a Minnie Mouse–themed birthday! She's wishing for baby dolls, Disney Princesses, Mickey & Minnie Mouse, Paw Patrol, and a tablet. And if it's PINK? Even better! 💗✨

🚨 URGENT NEEDS 🚨
🌺 J’Aylonii's clothes (18 months) & mini ball pit
🎀 Gerkaya's tablet & Minnie Mouse goodies

From a first birthday full of island adventures to a fabulous fifth birthday with Minnie, every gift helps make these celebrations feel extra special! 🎂💕

Let's treat these birthday girls to a little magic — no tricks required! 👻🎁

🎃 WEEKEND WRAP-UP 👻

We may have been a little short on helping hands today, but our volunteers brought enough birthday magic to raise the spirits! 👻💛

Multiple last-minute cancellations left us with a smaller crew than expected, but the volunteers who showed up absolutely KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE GRAVE! 💀✨ They jumped right in, tackled every task, and helped us bring SIX spook-tacular birthday celebrations to life!

This weekend, we prepped:

🏀 De'Vonte (15) – Basketball
🎮 Cato (6) – Fortnite
🤠 Lillian (17) – Cowgirl / Western
👑 Sky (10) – Princess
🕷️ Matthew (1) – Spider-Man
🧸 Zola (11) – Squishmallow

Together, our volunteers:

🎉 Crafted 6 birthday banners
🎈 Created 12 centerpieces
🍬 Filled 76 goodie bags
🎁 Wrapped 30 gifts

No tricks here! Just a whole lot of treats, teamwork, and birthday magic! 🍬✨

Between all the spooky season excitement and our regular birthday celebrations, October is keeping us on our toes! Every helping hand makes a difference, and today was a perfect reminder of just how much a small but mighty crew can accomplish. 💪🧡

A MONSTER-sized thank you to everyone who spent part of their Sunday with us! You showed up, stepped up, and helped make sure six amazing kiddos will have birthdays worth celebrating. We couldn't do it without you! 👻💕

👻🚨 THE GIVING GHOST LEAVES NO KID BEHIND! 💗🎃

And we mean it!

We've just welcomed 14 NEW KIDS & TEENS to our Disguise & Delight program, and with Halloween right around the corner, that can only mean one thing...

🚨 IT'S ALL GHOSTS ON HAUNT! 🚨

We currently have approximately 30 kids & teens still waiting for their Giving Ghosts, and we're calling on our entire ghostly gang to help us get them Halloween-ready!

To give our newest boos a chance to join the fun, we're EXTENDING OUR COSTUME DEADLINE TO OCTOBER 18! 🎃

👻 GIVEPULSE — YOU DO THE HUNTING!

We've added our newest costume wishes to GivePulse! Pick your boo, find their requested costume, and shop wherever works best for you. You can purchase in-store and drop it off OR order online and ship it directly to Sweet Celebrations!

📦 AMAZON — WE DID THE HUNTING FOR YOU!

We've already tracked down costumes for many of our boos! Pick one from our Amazon Wishlist, purchase it, and have it shipped straight to us.

🛍️ FOUND A BETTER DEAL? LET'S TALK!

See a costume on our Amazon Wishlist that you'd rather purchase in-store or from another retailer? MESSAGE US! We're happy to coordinate and can be super flexible about how you get your boo's costume to us!

⏰ A QUICK NOTE ABOUT DEADLINES!

💗 Already sponsoring a boo? Please stick with our original October 11 deadline (TOMORROW!) so we can keep getting those costumes checked in and ready!

👻 Picking up a new sponsorship? We've extended the deadline to October 18, but the sooner your costume arrives, the better!

Every costume that arrives gets us one step closer to making Halloween happen for another kid or teen experiencing homelessness or housing instability. 💗
