🎉 WEEKEND WRAP-UP 🎉

WOW. What a day. 💛

Today was one of those workshops that reminds us just how much can happen when a room is full of people willing to jump in and help. We had a fantastic turnout, volunteers who tackled every task thrown their way, and enough helping hands to take on EIGHT birthday celebrations - even though we had only planned for six! ✨

This weekend, we celebrated:

Together, our volunteers:

🎈 crafted 16 centerpieces
🍬 made & filled 112 goodie bags
🎁 wrapped 48 gifts

Every project completed today means another child experiencing housing instability gets a celebration that feels personal, special, and made just for them. 💕

🚗 DELIVERY DASHERS NEEDED THIS SUNDAY! 🚗

Not everyone has time to volunteer at a workshop — but maybe you can help us get birthday magic where it needs to go! 💖

We have two Delivery Dasher opportunities available this Sunday:

🧁 FILLED - Cupcake Pickup
Pick up cupcakes in Des Peres (available by 9AM) and deliver them to our office in Maryland Heights by 12PM

🎉 Birthday Delivery
Pick up a completed birthday party from our office in Maryland Heights after 3PM and deliver it to Defiance by 6PM.

Our Delivery Dashers are often the final link in the chain between our volunteers and the children we serve. Whether you're transporting cupcakes, gifts, or party supplies, you're helping make sure a child gets the celebration they deserve ✨

✂️ 1 Cricut Crew Member
🕙 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Our Cricut Crew helps cut banners, centerpieces, and party decorations using pre-designed files. No Cricut experience is needed — we'll teach you everything you need to know!

💖 1 Birthday Workshop Assistant
🕧 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Our Workshop Assistant helps answer questions, keep projects moving, and support volunteers throughout the workshop. Ideally, you've volunteered as a Birthday Builder before and are ready to help things run smoothly!

Every banner, centerpiece, goodie bag, and wrapped gift starts with volunteers who choose to show up 💕
