ABOUT US
The Hope Dealer Project is a grassroots recovery
advocacy organization that is changing the way our
community thinks about recovery, one voice at a time. MISSION STATEMENT
The Hope Dealer Project is dedicated to raising up the
voices of people whose lives are affected by addiction. From direct outreach to civic & community engagement,
we focus on centering recovery and engaging people in

advocacy in a new, vital, and meaningful way. VISION
We can show people that life beyond addiction is full of
possibilities when we work to get there together. SERVICES
Advocate substance abuse treatment placement, sober
living placement, employment resources, court
appearances for diversion/alternative to incarceration, re-
entry and reintegration support services, opioid death, and
grief interventionist. Based upon the availability of funds we will, provide
financial assistance for detox/rehab admission necessities,
sober living admission necessities and financial assistance
for cremation or burial expenses due to an overdose of your loved one. Together, we work to get there

West Virginia Goes Purple Recovery Fest: Embracing Hope and Healing is looking for food trucks to join us on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM at War Memorial Park in Martinsburg, WV!

We're also accepting vendor and sponsorship applications as we prepare for a day of hope, healing, recovery, and community.

Thank You, Alana Linaburg, for nominating The Hope Dealer Project for the 2026 Governor's Service Awards!

We are incredibly honored and grateful to have been nominated for the 2026 Governor's Service Awards in the Group Category representing Berkeley County.

A special thank you to Alana Linaburg for believing in our mission and taking the time to nominate The Hope Dealer Project. Being recognized alongside so many outstanding individuals and organizations serving communities across West Virginia is truly humbling.

While awards are never the reason we do this work, it is encouraging to know that the countless hours dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by substance use disorder, supporting recovery, providing advocacy, and bringing hope to those who need it most are making a difference.

Congratulations to all of the 2026 Governor's Service Award recipients, nominees, and the Governor's Mountaineer Spirit Award honorees. West Virginia is stronger because of the people who choose to serve others.

Thank you for allowing us to continue being a light in the darkness and a source of hope in our communities.
