From Bay to Play ✈️✨ absolutely set the bar.
The Bay Edit was hosted for two incredible nights, and I can honestly say this has become my favorite hotel experience in Las Vegas. Luxury, sexy, fun, and the attention to detail is exquisite. They have thought of EVERYTHING.
And the FOOD. I have no words.
Chyna Club Las Vegas — was quite honestly the best Chinese dining experience I’ve ever had. Everything was exquisite, from the presentation to the flavors to the smallest details. The Honey Walnut Prawns with caviar are an absolute MUST.
And then there’s the Bloody Chyna. 🍸 A crystal-clear tomato martini served with a pickled green tomato that looks deceptively simple until you taste it. I genuinely don’t know how to describe this cocktail other than a delicacy in a martini glass. The flavor will knock you off your feet.
And breakfast at La Fontaine was one of my favorite experiences of the entire trip. The Soufflé Pancakes with lemon curd, fresh berries and thyme whipped cream were INSANE, and the Lobster Florentine Benedict with Maine lobster and potato rösti… I could go back to Vegas for that breakfast alone.
We also had the absolute pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Laetitia Rouabah , Laëtitia Rouabah, whose career has taken her through some extraordinary kitchens in Paris, London and New York. Beyond being unbelievably talented, she was so warm and gracious. Meeting her made an already incredible experience even more special. 🤍
Cantina Contramar was another must, and honestly, Fontainebleau gave us one incredible meal after another.
Vegas is such an easy escape from the Bay, and this one officially gets the K in the Bay recommendation.
