September marks National Su***de Prevention Month. "Su***de" is such a harsh word, but it is reality. The BIGGER reality is that a person is not defined by that one moment in time, but rather a lifetime of moments filled with love, joy and relationships.

We wear purple and teal to remember the lifetime.
Purple conveys concern, support, and a message that help is available, while teal symbolizes hope, recovery, and resilience in overcoming mental health challenges and difficult situations. Together, the purple and teal ribbon serves as a reminder of the need to break the silence surrounding mental health, reduce stigma, and foster understanding and community support.

So if you have experienced loss, or want to support those who have, wear the purple and teal to remember the person very much loved.

The month of September is the National Su***de Awareness Month. During the month, when you are able, wear the colors teal or purple; the colors of this awareness.

We want to remember our loved ones and celebrate the amazing lives they lived! Their life is not defined by a single moment.

We are thankful to organizations such as the UT Federal Credit Union, who is taking the time this month to honor the families of those we love.

Romans 15:13 "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."

Just a quick update! We are still working on the Joshua's Hope Foundation, however we have slowed down and put some things on hold as we have been dealing with other family health issues this year. This cause is still important to us and we will update as soon as we can! Thank you for the continued prayers and support for our family!
