Boy Scout Troop 39 Marlborough CT Boy Scout Troop 39 is a member of the Leaders of the Revolution District of the Connecticut Rivers Council; Boy Scouts of America. to 8:00 p.m.

We meet most Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. at the Marlborough, Congregational Church meeting hall on South Main St.

Troop 39 congratulates Ian Fagan on earning the rank of Eagle Scout.

Thank you to everyone who helped us to celebrate this exciting milestone. In addition to Ian’s family and scouting friends, we were honored to host Representative Steve Weir, who presented Ian with an Official Citation from the General Assembly. Ian also received a Certificate of Recognition from Senator Richard Blumenthal. Pastor Brian Hardee and Steve Pozzato joined us and lead the attendees in celebratory prayers.

We are all very proud of you, Ian!

The wreath supplies arrived today!

Thank you to all the families, friends, and community members who participated in our annual wreath fundraiser. With your donations, Troop 39 was able to deliver 70+ wreaths to the Food Bank of Marlborough, Connecticut. We also kept with the Troop tradition of providing wreaths to our sponsor, Marlborough Congregational Church. This fundraiser also supports most of our Troop 39 activities for the year.

If you are awaiting your wreath order, our Scouts will be hard at work assembling and delivering wreaths over the coming week. I look forward to seeing them displayed around the community this holiday season!

Many hands make light work.

Troop 39 had a great turnout this year for our annual church and cemetery cleanup day. Our crew of 22 Scouts and parents made quick work of cleaning up the leaves and brush at the Congregation Church, Marlborough Co-op, and Marlboro Cemetery.

With all of the support the Troop receives from the community, it feels good to take this time to give back. And as always, the Scouts had outdoor fun with friends on this beautiful fall day.
