More Than Just Hygiene Products

Many students go without basic essentials like soap, deodorant, toothpaste, socks, and underwear.
These everyday items help build confidence, preserve dignity, and prepare students to succeed in school.
Through our SMART Closets and SMART Boxes, we're working to ensure every child has access to the necessities they deserve.

Did you know that The SMART Foundation is currently supporting three school districts in New Jersey? We stock essential hygiene products like deodorant, soaps, socks, and underwear directly in schools to ensure students have what they need to succeed.

As we look toward the 2026–2027 school year, we are searching for Donors to join our mission! You can help stock our closets for a month, a quarter, or even the full year. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference in a student's day.

OUR SMART BOXES NEED TEMPORARY HOMES 💜

Help us collect essential hygiene products for students in need as we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year. From deodorant and soap to socks, toothpaste, and other everyday necessities, every donation helps us ensure that no child has to go without the basics they deserve.

We are currently looking for local businesses and community partners willing to host a SMART Box at their location during the summer months. Together, we can help stock our school closets and support students with dignity, confidence, and care before they head back to school.
