Leading Ladies Leading Ladies is a mentoring program for girls grade 3-12 with each girl being and having a mentor.

Leading ladies focuses on community service, educational goal setting, life skills, and cultural diversity.

We are all trying to find our normal in such a chaotic time. I miss the ladies so much and at times such as this, the program makes so much sense. It hurts that we can’t be together, it hurts that sessions are canceled and we can no longer volunteer in our community. It’s hurts that our seniors may not get to walk for graduation and that our end of the year celebrations are now on hold. But we social distance now so that we have an opportunity to enjoy each other later. will continue to serve our girls in whatever capacity that looks like until life resumes as normal. Daily, we will post questions or thoughts from girls just like you for us all to discuss (kindly) in the comment section. Please feel free to DM us with yours!

We are all the same. .

Leading Ladies was created for young ladies to show them that they are not alone in any circumstance. Through interactive activities and discussions, the ladies learn that the person across from them whom they may not know very well, is experiencing the same things as they are. That they have insecurities and worries just as she does. We learn that we cannot judge others based off appearance or even behavior. That each of us is fighting a battle. Leading Ladies not only focuses on acceptance of self and others through fun hands-on sessions, women in the community share their current profession as well as their stories of how they overcame certain obstacles to get there.
