Crossing Rivers Support Group

Crossing Rivers Support Group Not to long ago, I was part of a group of people discussing the problems and stress in daily life that sometimes results in Depression and Su***de.

It made me think of a person walking through the woods or on a journey. As you are walking you come up to a river which is flowing w/ stress – pressure of life – suicidal thoughts and it is blocking your path. You stop and think about the river and if you can cross it and continue w/ your journey. Some people can make it across and others give up and end their journey there. Depending on your pers

onal path you may come up to rivers again and again. They may be Small Rivers and easy to cross though they may be Big Rivers. That is when you need to make the choice to ask for help or not. That is where Crossing Rivers Support Group comes in. Think of them as bridge builders. These are the people who will support you in crossing that river to continue your journey through life. There is not a river you cannot get across...
