Attention all registered players! 📱⛳️ Let’s get tournament-ready.

Are you competing to win trophies or medals? 🏆 If so, you will need to download the GolfStatus App today!

To keep things smooth and fast next Saturday, all competitive teams need to use the app to log their scores. You can log in right on your phone or online to review and edit your team information before game day.

(Note: If your team is just playing for fun and you aren't worried about taking home the hardware, you do not need to download the app!)

💡 Quick Tip: If you run into any issues or need to update your details, use the help/chat bubble directly on the GolfStatus app or website. Their support team is incredibly fast and highly recommended!

We are officially finalizing our site maps and sponsor boards TODAY. You have until 12:00 PM today to reach out and confirm your status!

⚠️ To our pending Vendors:
If you have not yet paid or officially signed up, this is your absolute LAST CHANCE to solidify your spot. If we do not hear from you by 12:00 PM today, you will not be included on the sponsor board and will miss out on event recognition. We completely understand that not everyone is comfortable paying online—if that is the case, please just communicate with us so we can make alternate arrangements!

🎟️ Regarding Raffle Items (All Sponsors & Vendors):
If you have committed to a raffle item, please reach out to us with a timeline for its arrival by 12:00 PM today.

For on-site vendors: You are welcome to bring your items with you on event day since you will be at your designated space, and we will provide the raffle bags! However, we still need to know exactly what you are bringing right now so we can accurately account for those items in our final raffle numbers.

🛑 A Serious Note on Communication:
Putting For Miracles is a charity function dedicated to raising funds for kids who need it most. We take that mission incredibly seriously. If you commit to being a vendor and then ghost us, you will not be asked back for future events. Please, just communicate with us!

🚨 ONE WEEK TO GO! 🚨 Next Saturday, June 6th, is the 5th Annual Putting For Miracles! PUTTING FOR MIRACLES 2026

Whether you are putting on the greens or just coming for the food and prizes, here is your ultimate 7-day checklist:

1️⃣ Final Teams: We are down to our FINAL 9 TEAM SPOTS before we are officially sold out! (Head to www.puttingformiracles.com to lock yours in!)

2️⃣ Organize Your Team: Golfers, please download the GolfStatus app! You will need it to keep score and be eligible for our trophies and medals. Log onto Golfstatus (via the app or website) this week to organize and name your team and players!

3️⃣ Prep Your Gear: We highly recommend bringing your favorite putter from home if you have one! And React Golf is gracious providing a few also!

4️⃣ Prize Prep (Raffle, Auction & 50/50!): We have over $6,800 in prizes this year across our Silent Auction, massive raffles, and a 50/50 draw! Up for grabs: Taylor Swift and Star Wars memorabilia, an autographed Cooper DeJean Philadelphia Eagles football, an $1,800 VIP Golf Package, and tons of local baskets. Plus, we'll have fun mini-games out on the course (volunteer permitting!). Bring your cash and get ready to win! 🎟️💸

5️⃣ Come Hungry: We will have amazing local food trucks on-site all day! 🌮

6️⃣ Bring Friends & Do a No-Rain Dance! ☀️ Our event and vendor marketplace are completely FREE and open to the public. We will have a Live DJ keeping the energy high all day—and you can even request your favorite songs for a small donation that goes straight to the charities!
