The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce is excited to partner with Innovations Financial Credit Union and the Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to bring a countywide High School Financial Literacy Program to Jackson County students!
Throughout the school year, weβll be visiting high schools across the county to provide juniors and seniors with practical financial education and real-world money management skills they can carry with them long after graduation.
Students will learn about budgeting, banking, saving, credit, loans, interest, and responsible financial decision-making β and then put those skills to the test through a Realistic Budget Challenge designed to show what managing money in the real world really looks like!
This initiative is about preparing our students to become confident, financially responsible adults by equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed financial decisions for their futures.
