Whitesboro Music Boosters Association We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization supporting the musical kids of Whitesboro, NY!

The Whitesboro Music Boosters Association is a group of parents and teachers who work to support Whitesboro's Music Department students and events. We do a number of fundraisers throughout the year, and use the money to provide scholarships to seniors majoring in music in college, and to assist the music department in getting the things that they need.

Music Parents…I know there are many of you, we will have our next meeting tonight at 6pm! We invite you to join us as we accept nominations for next year’s board! You may ask what have we done so far? A lot! Fully funded this year’s musical cast party, provided lunch to same cast and crew at tech rehearsal, provided meals for guest musicians of Robinson Concert Series, Chorale T-shirts for upcoming trip to Six Flags Trill &Thrills Festival, Scholarships for graduating seniors continuing their music education, senior plaques, music department scholarships at each of our seven school’s to use towards purchasing any needed items for music students throughout the year…we can not do this without a full board and without volunteers…so come out and join us tonight and see what we are all about! If your heart is stirred run for a seat ❤️

We have done a lot this past two years…we will officially be down one board member next year…help us continue our work! Experience or no experience, if you have the desire to volunteer for the music boosters as a parent of a child involved in the music program here in Whitesboro, we welcome you to join us!! Board Nominations will take place on Tuesday, 4/21 @ 6pm. Thank you!

We will be holding Board nominations at our April meeting on April 21st at 6pm. Please be advised we will be losing one of our board members next year since her son will be graduating this year. If you are interested in running for a board seat we welcome you to join us on the 21st!

On a side note, we want to take a moment to thank Meredith Blando for the last two years serving as our Vice President! Thank you for helping us serve our music department and students!

It’s that time again! Closet Purges and we parents check to see what fits and what doesn’t. Each of our schools within the district have a Concert Closet that stores donated concert attire and shoes! Please consider donating your child’s gently used and laundered concert attire from last year to your school’s concert closet. Simply send in your laundered concert attire and shoes to your child’s music teacher. Thank you for your consideration!
