With the holiday season upon us, take your time with others. We all have generational baggage alongside blessing.
Many families are separated for the first time this season as they work for reunification. It is hard on these children, their families, extended families, and communities. It can touch so many.
Be kind. Be patient. Be the one who brings peace to those you come in contact with.

Our children and grandchildren are shaped by the genes they inherit from us, but new research is revealing that experiences of hardship or violence can leave their mark too.
