09/07/2026

Starting over isn’t returning to zero. You’re starting again with experience.

09/06/2026

You don’t need the entire plan to move forward. Sometimes clarity comes after movement, not before it.

💚 SUNDAY RESET | CHOSEN TO BE VICTORIOUS

Before you rush into another week, take some time today to RESET.

Your Sunday doesn’t have to be filled with productivity to be purposeful.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Stretch. Try yoga. Breathe deeply.
🙏🏽 Pray. Attend church. Spend time with God.
🧠 Meditate. Quiet your mind.
📖 Journal. Reflect. Read something that feeds you.
🌿 Step outside. Get some fresh air.
📵 Disconnect from the noise for a little while.
💚 Rest—without feeling guilty about it.

Then ask yourself:

What do I need to RELEASE from last week?

What do I need to RESTORE within myself?

What deserves my ENERGY this week?

What do I need to do DIFFERENTLY?

And what am I GRATEFUL for right now?

You don’t have to carry everything from last week into the new one.

Take what taught you.
Release what drained you.
Keep what strengthened you.
And enter this week with intention.

✨ RESET. REFOCUS. REALIGN. ✨

How are you resetting today?

The Win Against Anxiety & Depression

09/05/2026

You don’t have to become who you were before the pain. Healing may introduce you to someone wiser.

09/04/2026

Motivation asks, “Do I feel like it?” Discipline remembers, “I said I would.”

09/03/2026

You don’t need to attend every argument you’re invited to.

09/02/2026

Your life changes when your standards become stronger than your excuses.

09/01/2026

Being overlooked doesn’t decrease your value. Sometimes people simply don’t have the capacity to recognize what they’re looking at.

08/31/2026

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stop trying to “push through” and acknowledge that something needs your attention.
