I can't express how special this year was for me! With the community stepping up with purchasing wreaths. The American Heritage Girls from TC coming again, Dru and Tom Popovics from TC coming to help and Owen Peterson playing taps live! Thank you to Carol Gorman retired Army for reading ! I love the dedication of Mickie Viox and family for taking the extra wreaths to the Fairview Cemetery! I believe they have done this for 5 years! The Manton High School Choir adding their beautiful voices, I believe it is their 3rd year. To Cyn for adding the flags to the Military Branch wreaths, you were missed! To Amanda Kimbel and family for cleaning out the shed, hot chocolate and cookies was an amazing touch! Oh, and the HEAT! Thank you Liberty Township for making this part of your events! Finally, thank you to the Manton Elementary School for the Penny Drive! GOD BLESS AMERICA!

I am so happy to announce that we will have a heat source this year and cookies & Hot Chocolate! please remember to dress warm this is an outside event! The more people the faster it go! BRING THE KIDDOS!

Wow, tomorrow is the day! In over 5,ooo locations Wreaths will be laid on Veterans Graves! It is not to decorate the grave but to Honor them! Please come and witness this short ceremony starting at Noon at the Liberty Township Cemetery. We will also be laying wreaths at Fairview Cemetery after the Ceremony. This is a great teaching experience for your children!

Remember the fallen. Honor those who serve. Teach the next generation the value of freedom.

I don't even know how to start this post! First, Thank you to those who participated in the Manton Elementary School penny drive! I know times are tough, so thank you for your donations. Secondly, Thank you to Tammy Hurlburt, Cynthia Deibert and June Denman for counting all the change. Thirdly, thank you so much to the Manton community who stepped up and bought wreaths to lay on veterans' graves.Thank you thank you thank you!

Dear Friends, the fundraiser to purchase Wreaths has fallen extremely short for the Liberty Township Cemetery, Fairview Cemetery and Greenwood Cemetery. I know things are tight and I totally Understand! But if you could purchase a wreath or wreaths for those who gave their time and even their life for our country it would be greatly appreciated. December 13th is just around the corner. Liberty Township Cemetery will hold the Wreaths Across America wreath laying ceremony. The ceremony begins at 12 o'clock sharp. After a brief ceremony individuals will place wreaths on Veterans Graves. They will say their name and solute them. You can be a part of this event. We also provide some wreaths for the Fairview Cemetery and Greenwood Cemetery. Please contact below if you would like to donate some money to purchase wreaths or if you would like to volunteer. The Manton High Choir will be singing two songs and Owen Peterson will be playing taps. Would love to see you. BRING THE KIDS!!!
