Huge shoutout to Chick-fil-A Bridge St & Erie Blvd for their support of WyldLife! ❤️🐔

When our fall weekend plans changed, Chick-fil-A pivoted with us to support One Wyld Day—and we could not be more grateful to the incredible team at Chick-fil-A (Bridge Street & Erie Blvd) for rolling with us 🚌!

Not only did they donate delicious sandwiches and sides to fuel our middle schoolers, but they also hosted over 50 of our Syracuse East WyldLife crew and inside when we had to change course. That is some serious community support!

Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for going above and beyond to support our local students and for sharing a meal with us! Best. Lunch. Ever! 🙌❤️

So, ... join us for Team Trivia Time: A Syracuse East Young Life Fundraising Event! - A two-hour, family-friendly event where teams of 8 participate in trivia. The event features awesome prizes, delicious concessions, and exciting raffles! Compete for a 1-night stay at Saranac Village in Saranac Lake, NY!

Who's invited?
- You! All ages are welcome. You can sign up a team of eight or register as an individual to be placed on a team!

When is the event?
- Saturday, November 21, 2026 | 1-3 PM

Where is the event?
- Crossroads Community Church | 1751 Fyler Rd, Chittenango

How does registration work?
- Sign up online! Visit or share this link to register your team, yourself, or to invite friends (and trivia rivals) to play!

Why participate?
- This isn't just a trivia event; it's a Young Life Fundraising Event that directly supports our ministry to adolescents in the Syracuse East community. Every laugh, every correct answer, and every dollar helps us continue introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.

Fun Fact: Your team can earn Bonus Points! Give your team a head start and earn up to 10 bonus points per person before the game even begins:
- Wear Young Life Swag (+5 points per person who wears YL swag): Show up in WyldLife, Young Life, or Young Life Camp gear!
- Bring a Gas Card (+5 points per person who donates a gas gift card): Donate a gas gift card at the door! This is a huge practical help for our volunteer leaders to use for contact work and travel to Young Life events and meetings.

Interested in helping make the event a success?
- We're seeking concessions of snacks and beverages to be dropped off at the Young Life office, as well as personal and corporate in-kind donations.
- We're looking for partners to help us raise money for Syracuse East Young Life. Because 100% of our budget is funded through fundraising, we rely on the generosity of our community. Your gift to Syracuse East Young Life is tax-deductible.

📣We couldn't resist one more post of our One Wyld Day with middle schoolers from around Syracuse East.

📣Our focus in WyldLife is on coming along middle schoolers, listening to what's going on in their world, encouraging them, and providing the opportunity for them to experience life to the full!

📣For One Wyld Day, we took the fun and games and Clubs and free time of Fall Weekend and brought it to life in our own community - Club and donuts at DCC, lunch at , free time and talks at , dinner at , and Color War, Club, Silent Disco, and cookies by the bonfire at JCC! Through these organized games, music, and the opportunity for middle schoolers to experience adventure and belonging they can build foundational relationships with trusted adult mentors.

Accepted applicants, our journey officially starts tonight! Meet at 7:00 PM in the Youth Room at DeWitt Community Church.

📍 Directions & Parking:
Park off Church Street and Pelham Road in DeWitt. Walk down the path to the left of the DeWitt Community Church gym, take a right, and head through the doorway.

📋 Before You Arrive:
Make sure your first meeting to-dos are checked off! Head over to the trip website if you need a quick refresher or extra details.

🎉Happy 85th Birthday, Young Life!🎉

For 85 years, Young Life has been making a lasting impact in the lives of kids. We’ve seen this firsthand right here in our community—with countless alumni, friends, and current students who found a safe place to be known, received mentorship from dedicated leaders, discovered purpose, and experienced life to the fullest.

As we look back through our photo archives today (see any familiar faces?!), we’re looking ahead to the future.

To celebrate, we’re inviting our alumni, adult supporters, and parents in our community to give Syracuse East Young Life an $85 birthday gift through the QR code!

- Host a Club night
- Provide a meal for Campaigners
- Gas up our tanks to attend kids' games, meets, and performances

We're so excited to host One Wyld Day - A day designed for 6th-8th graders! We have One Wyld Day planned with games, music, lunch by Chick-fil-A Bridge St & Erie Blvd, fall fun hosted at Springside Farm LLC , Silent Disco, Color War, dinner at Taco Bell Cantina, Club, and time with your Leaders and friends!

If your middle schooler is already signed up, we're so glad we get to spend the day with them on Saturday. Please look out for our details email for parents/guardians and a health and consent form from Young Life.

If you have a 6th-8th grader or know someone who is and haven't signed up yet, there are still spots on the bus, so share Saturday's event registration with them!

We go where kids are, know kids by name, walk alongside them as they navigate life's challenges, and develop the next generation of community leaders.

Why? Because our organization's foundational Christian faith and calling to live out God’s love drive the dedication of our staff and leaders to provide relational mentorship and intentional youth development, helping kids identify their purpose in today’s world.

Today is Young Life’s Global Day of Prayer—a day when we set aside time to pray, lifting up Young Life around the world. This year, we gather around the theme God With Us in gratitude and unity with the global Young Life family as we live out our mission.

As you can see, we are officially running on caffeine and confetti this week! Between Young Life College Weekend , Young Life All Area Lazer Tag, our Global Day of Prayer, Young Life's 85th Birthday, and our big One Wyld Day middle school event—it’s going to be an incredible eight days.
