I recently had the opportunity to speak with the about influence, the intersection of career and motherhood, and how one can manage both. MoVi is a professional organization I’ve belonged to since Covid which draws its members from diverse industries, generations, and experiences.

It’s our unique perspectives (Mosaic Vision) that makes this community so fascinating for me, and it’s led me to think personally and professionally in new ways to solve modern day challenges.

“Menopause Reimagined” was a great event I attended this week, hosted by and team.
One A Day is a vitamin brand we’ve all known for years, but their Menopause Multi is designed for menopausal women and offers hot flash support.

A great panel of speakers shared how important it is to normalize these conversations, to know our triggers as our bodies go through changes and to ensure we’re getting adequate nutrition.

Great to take part in positive midlife conversations, with pro-aging women I admire. This is a topic that certainly needs much more awareness! 💛
