I was so glad to receive this a couple of days early!!! I got my signed copy of Coach Bennett’s, “This Is About Running. This Is Not About Running.” Coach Bennett has been the voice in my ear for thousands of miles on the Nike Run Club app, and he has helped me become a better runner, for sure! However, he has helped me become a better human, as well. Hence, the title of his book! Can’t wait to get started on this one, and I might even save a few pages to read on the plane ride before I run the Berlin MarathonđŸƒâ€â™‚ïžđŸ˜Š!!!

What a great morning, and what a great running family! I am so thankful for my guys and gals running with me this morning, and then for sticking around and waiting on me to finish my 17-miler! And I was super glad to have my daughter Katie Thomas out there running with us, too!
