Pregnancy and infant loss is typically spoken about as one experience but there are important differences in how each type of loss is defined.

These definitions help us understand the different types of loss but they don't measure the love a family has for their baby or the impact of their loss.

We are donating cooling devices to 2 different hospitals in Bossier City in a couple of weeks!

Along with this donation we are supplying the hospitals with bereavement box items.

These boxes are what parents leave with instead of walking out with their beautiful baby.

Quinn and I had a small white box that holds Heidi’s onesie, the 2 pink bows she wore, our matching bracelets, a clipping of her hair, her hand and footprints, and the swaddle we wrapped her in during our stay.

The items in her box are beautiful reminders of the time we were able to spend together.

We very thoughtful curated items for parents for their own boxes… some items we loved and believe every parent must have when they leave the hospital like their hand and footprints… then we added some more things! A book to read to your baby, a 3D casting kit for hands and feet, and few other items!

The month of October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month . 190 Nutrition loves our community and wants to remind those who are navigating through pregnancy and infant loss that they are not alone.🩵🩷

With the purchase of the “HAZEL’S SUNRISE TEA”, a portion of the proceeds will be sent to Maddie”s Footprints and Heidi St.
James organization to help families navigating through their loss.

Hazel’s Sunrise Tea was created in honor of Hazel Grace, to celebrate her life, honor her legacy, and bring hope to other families navigating pregnancy and infant loss.

A banner has been displayed and we invite all parents who have walked or currently walking through this , to come and write their little one’s name on a butterfly provided and place in on our banner as a symbol of their everlasting love and legacy.

Living Proof Lactation offers moms who lactate after loss complimentary lactation consulting. She walks you through your options and supports you with your decisions. She has also partnered with some amazing organizations who can help along the way, including a way to preserve your milk into a beautiful piece of jewelry.

This is something so many people never think about but YES! Moms who give birth and lose their baby still have their milk come in!

On October 15th parents and loved ones around the world will light a candle at 7pm to honor and celebrate the babies who are in heaven. We invite you to join us in support of families who have lost a child.

Additionally, you may display a white pumpkin during the fall to represent a baby that left too soon 🤍

Our October 4 Candle Making event is completely booked, and we are so grateful for the incredible response. Moms will create a candle in honor of their baby that they can light during the Wave of Light on October 15.

On October 25, we will host complimentary Family Remembrance Photos with For His Glory Photography at Open Space Studios in Mandeville. Families are invited to bring a photo, keepsake, ultrasound, stuffed animal, or anything that represents their baby to include in their family portrait. Limited spots are still available! Book your time on our site!

This October, help us make pregnancy and infant loss visible.
