The 2026 Present and Future of Work Survey is here!

The AEC industry is changing fast in terms of the workplace, marketplace, and practice and recruiting spaces.

We’re collecting real-world input from AEC professionals – from executive leaders to new grads across the country and across all firm types and disciplines.

Your perspective helps identify:
● What’s working (and what isn’t) in today’s work environment
● How business and practice models continue to evolve
● Where firms need to adapt to better support their projects and teams

The survey takes about 7 minutes, and participants will receive early access to key findings and insights designed to help take you and your organization to the next level.

You can access the 2026 Survey here: https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/8619629/e7a111fc4234

Also, please share this link with your friends, colleagues, partners, and peers.

Thank you for helping to support and advance the AEC industry!
