The Queenie Foundation, Inc. Founded in 1996. Mission: The Queenie Foundation promotes kindness to all animals through humane education and companion animal rescue/adoption.

We are an all-volunteer non-profit humane education/animal rights organization that focuses on cat rescue/adoption. I lived with my maternal grandparents when I was a young child. My grandmother served on the board of the local humane society for approximately 15 years. I believe my sense of justice for those who can't speak for themselves is in my DNA from her. Though she wasn’t an activist, she abhorred cruelty to animals. Please encourage the people you know who have not had their animal companions spayed or neutered to do so immediately. There are organizations searchable on the Internet to assist if money is an issue. You can contact us at 860 649 4488 or [email protected].
