The Queenie Foundation, Inc. Founded in 1996. Mission: The Queenie Foundation promotes kindness to all animals through humane education and companion animal rescue/adoption.

We are an all-volunteer non-profit humane education/animal rights organization that focuses on cat rescue/adoption. I lived with my maternal grandparents when I was a young child. My grandmother served on the board of the local humane society for approximately 15 years. I believe my sense of justice for those who can't speak for themselves is in my DNA from her. Though she wasn’t an activist, she
