And here are some shots from today!
🥖🍅🥒 Two massive bowls of Panzanella (rustic Italian bread and veggie salad). sourdough bread soaked in wine vinegar tossed with ripe tomatoes, cukes, red onion, and fennel, mozzarella, chickpeas, and cannellini beans. Perfectly balanced vegetarian bowl meal!!
🐖🍚🫘 Roast cubes of succulent boneless pork loin served over brown rice and black beans, poblano peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, lots of fresh herbs.
🫑🧀 Baked sweet peppers, stuffed with quinoa and veggies, capped with a shroud of melted cheddar cheese.
🍝🍆 Lastly, lasagna with roasted eggplant, summer squash and onions with homemade tomato sauce and pesto infused Maplebrook ricotta and mozzarella.

Just spreading the good eatin’ love to neighbors in need in the Northshire…thanks to our from-scratch meals made with a team of talented Grateful Hearts Manchester volunteers! ❤️🍽️😊

🙏💕Y’all. It was another standout week at Grateful Hearts Manchester. Look at the colors of the season!!

🫶Join us this Sunday, June 1st, for a special day at the Dorset Farmers Market at HN Williams as we serve up the local love with a Pig Roast Fundraiser to benefit the Community Food Cupboard and Grateful Hearts!

💞 Nothing brings people together like great food for a great cause. We’ll be serving up delicious 🐷 pork and 🫜sides made with locally sourced ingredients, all while 🙌supporting our neighbors in need. All dishes are being made fresh by our own very special vendors!

Stop by and have some great food for a great cause, and enjoy the outdoor market!!

💖 BBA junior Juliet Ragland (left) was recently joined in the BBA kitchen by some intrepid friends and our own chef Maria.

🥤🍪They were making yummy snacks as a fundraiser for BBA’s Full Plate Club, which Juliet started as a way for students to learn about and work against food insecurity.

💴 The fundraiser was a huge success—it raised almost $500 for Grateful Hearts Manchester!

🙏 Thank you Full Plate Club, Juliet and friends, and everyone who supported the fundraiser!

🌈🍽️🌈 Eat the rainbow!

For some hungry neighbors, that can be easier said than done…Well, Grateful Hearts Manchester and our web of community partners has got you. 💕

🥗 This week’s chop and chat crew produced, among many other amazing meals, a filling, nutrient-packed, delicious Power Bowl rainbow for distribution at local food cupboards.

What went into this healthy-as-heck offering? Lotsa local love and kind donations: Massaged kale from , beets begat by , carrots courtesy of , and plenty of plant-powered protein with chickpeas and black beans from Vermont Bean Crafters.
