We know that Old Town Strong has been quiet for a while... We’re not currently operating the way we once did, but we still believe deeply in this community and in showing up when one of our own needs us.
Right now, one of our own does.
👉🏼 Jason “Tosh” McIntosh is a friend to us and to so many people throughout Manassas. He has given this town a lot over the years. Through music, nonprofit connections, long conversations across the bar at Mariachis, introductions, encouragement, laughter and the countless small ways he makes people feel like they belong.
Tosh is the kind of person who gives freely. His time, his talent, his connections, his support. He has shown up for people again and again, usually without asking for anything in return.
After suffering a brain aneurysm and undergoing emergency surgery, Tosh and his family now have a long recovery ahead of them. This is one of those moments when community has to mean more than a slogan.
