How do you cope with stress in life?

Here are a few ideas:

1) Keep a journal.

2) Download an app that provides relaxation exercises (such as deep breathing or visualization) or tips for practicing mindfulness, which is a psychological process of actively paying attention to the present moment.

3) Exercise, and make sure you are eating healthy, regular meals.

4) Stick to a sleep routine, and make sure you are getting enough sleep.

5) Avoid drinking excess caffeine such as soft drinks or coffee.

6) Identify and challenge your negative and unhelpful thoughts.

7) Reach out to your friends or family members who help you cope in a positive way.

By 2050, cancer cases are projected to be 77% higher than they were in 2022.

Growing & ageing populations are contributing to the alarming rise, as are risk factors like to***co, harmful alcohol use, obesity & air pollution - addressing these will help protect people against cancer.
