Dear Parents, we need your help! 🧡💙
We are in need of parent volunteers to help build and finish our props and to join our Pit Crew for competitions.
This is a vital part of marching band! We need enough volunteers to make sure our props are completed on time and that we can get them on and off the field within the allotted time during competitions. Not having enough help can impact our kids’ scores.
You do not need any building or painting experience — just come ready to help! Our Pit Crew also needs volunteers at each competition to help transport, set up, move, and break down the props.
Our kids work incredibly hard, and they need us! Please consider joining us, even if you can only help when your schedule allows.
Details are included in the flyer below. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact us ASAP.
Thank you for your continued support! 🧡💙
