Low FODMAP Mush is a variant of the Cruciferous Mush designed to be low FODMAP according to the Monash University low FODMAP app. Here's a list of the changes:
🫛 Decreased garbanzo beans
🥔 Substitute butternut squash => potatoes
🥕 Substitute red bell pepper => carrots
✅ Use gluten free certified oats
❗️NOTE: Veggie Mush is NOT made in a gluten free facility!
