Feeding a Thousand What started as a small idea has grown into a community tradition.

Each year, we raise enough to feed more than 1,000 people for Thanksgiving — proof that when we come together, amazing things happen.

Stacey gave me a tour of their operation at the Collinsville Food Pantry today. It is truly amazing what her and the wonderful folks there do on a daily basis for their community. I learned a lot about weekend meal programs, summer programs and so much more.

The world is surely a better place because of these amazing folks!!

🎉 FEEDING 1,000 – 2025 TOTALS! 🎉
You all showed up BIG this year:

🦃 5,980 lbs of turkey
🥫 740 lbs of corn, green beans & cranberries
🍞 195 lbs of stuffing
🥧 260 lbs of pies (apple, pumpkin, peach!)

Because of you, 1,800+ people will have a Thanksgiving meal this year.
This community is incredible. ❤️

2025 - Our First Supermarket Sweep!! We had no idea what we were doing, but we had a blast!! Congratulation to Jessica Holtgrewe on being the Winner. She chose to have her daughter run half the time and give it to the Mascoutah Food Pantry. This whole thing turned out weay more amazing than I could have ever hoped for!! Thank you to all of the amazing hearts that helped and supported this yers effort!

And a HUUGE thank you to Craig Norrenberns, Mike Klein & Joey Burgess at Betty Ann Market. I don't think you guys realize how they make all of this possible. I have very little organization with this and they just hand me the keys to the store!! Pretty Wild. Thank you for all of your support!
