We’ll be helping local students get ready for the new school year with school supplies, community resources, and more. Bring the family out for a great day supporting kids in our community!

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month — a time to come together as a community to raise awareness and take a stand for the safety and well-being of every child.

You may see blue pinwheels planted around our community this month. These pinwheels are more than just decorations—they are a powerful symbol of hope, love, and the bright futures every child deserves. Each spinning pinwheel represents a childhood filled with joy, safety, and support.

Planting pinwheels reminds us that preventing child abuse is something we all play a role in. It takes strong families, supportive neighbors, and caring communities to ensure children grow up in safe and nurturing environments.
