It’s no secret that our little town has felt a few tough blows lately. The closing of our local pharmacy is just the most recent reminder of how much things can change, and how much we all rely on the small, everyday places that make Dundee feel like home.
We’ve also heard the conversations around parking changes and the bump-outs. Change can be frustrating, especially in a small town where convenience matters. But even here, there’s opportunity: those new spaces are becoming beautiful, welcoming parts of our downtown… and you can be part of that.

If there’s one thing that defines this community, it’s heart.
Dundee has never been a place that gives up. It’s a place where neighbors show up, where small businesses keep dreaming, and where new ideas continue to take root, even in challenging times.
We have good things ahead:
✨ A Community Clean-Up Day on April 25—because we take pride in where we live. Join us!
✨ New businesses on the horizon, bringing fresh energy and opportunity. Get excited for them!
✨ Local merchants who continue to show up for you, every single day. Support them!
✨️ Dundee Day and The Crazy Bed Races on Saturday, July 11. Gather your team, registration will be coming soon!
✨️ A $1 Million Grant to improve Millard Park thanks to Clerk Samatha Schenck.
✨️ An active and engaged Merchants Association. Want to join? Just message us!
✨️ A newly adopted Comprehensive Plan and Steering Committee dedicated to carrying that vision ahead.
Now more than ever, how we support one another matters. Shop local when you can. Share a kind word. Lend a hand. Show up.
The photos in the post are to remind you of what we have: EACH OTHER.
Because the story of Dundee isn’t about what we’ve lost—it’s about what we’re building together.
Let’s keep going. 💛
