Today at the annual session of Grand York Rite the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of North Carolina voted in the affirmative to grant us our official charter. I am pleased to announce we are now official Burlington Chapter # 100, Royal Arch Masons of North Carolina. Thank you to all of our members who have worked so hard to make our chapter successful. I would also like to extend a thank you to the Companions of the Greensboro, Raleigh, Salisbury, and North Wilkesboro York Rite bodies, as well as all of the Grand Officers who have supported us on this journey. We could not have done it without you. If you are a Master Mason in Alamance County or surrounding area and are interested in continuing your Masonic journey Burlington Chapter is a great place to look!

If you are a Master Mason in good standing now is a great time to complete your journey in Ancient Craft Masonry and join the Royal Arch. Our next meeting is on June 26, 2025 and we will be conferring the Mark Master degree on our next class of candidates. This is the last opportunity for new members to join as charter members of the chapter. Come experience the connect between Craft Masonry and the Royal Arch!

Burlington Chapter is currently accepting petitions for our next class of candidates which will begin June 26th with the Mark Master's degree. If you are a Master Mason in good standing you should consider joining us. This is the last opportunity to become a charter member of our chapter, which is a once in a lifetime experience. We had a great meeting last night at our April meeting. A big thank you to our Excellent Companions Mark Alexander (Grand Captain General, Grand Commandery of NC) and Brett Huffman (Grand Steward, Grand Council of Royal and Select Masters of NC) for traveling all the way from Western NC to join us. Afterwards we had a great time of food and fellowship. Thanks to Companion Kyle Dortch for coordinating our dinner. If you're a Master Mason in the area you should definitely consider becoming a Royal Arch Mason!

We had a great meeting last Thursday. It was great to review the degrees, fellowship, and enjoy some food after the meeting. If you're interested in joining us we will be accepting another class of candidates beginning in June. Come join us and complete your journey in Pure and Ancient Masonry!

This past Monday several of our Companions attend the Grand York Rite Conclave. We were well represented at this event (even if Clifford was wearing purple!). Our own M.E. Hugh McLaurin was honored for his year as Grand High Priest, and M.E. Rick Patton was installed as Grand High Priest for the ensuing year. Also, E.C. Clifford Shrewsbury was installed as Grand Principal Conductor of the Work for the Grand Council. Additionally, our dispensation was extended for the next year!

It is a great time to be a part of Burlington Chapter!

Last night we had a wonderful time exalting five brothers to the most sublime degree of Royal Arch Mason! The degree team worked hard to put this on, but our first go of it was a success. We are thrilled to have these 5 new Companions, and look forward to what the future holds. It is a great time to be a part of Burlington Chapter.

We want to extend a special thank you to M.E.C. Will Chriscoe and E.C. Charles Talley of Raleigh Chapter # 10 for coming out to support us as well as educate our new Companions on the Royal Arch Research Assistance, a wonderful charity supported by Royal Arch Masons. Also, thank you to Chorazin Chapter # 13 for assisting with props and materials to put on the degree. Last but not least, thank you Bula Lodge #409 A.F.&A.M. for being our gracious host.
