The "Boogie-Woogie Aphid" isn't dancing to any song but it uses the movement as a defensive behavior. The beech blight aphid (Grylloprociphilus imbricator) can be found feeding on Amwrican beech trees, which is usually not damaging to the overall health of the tree.
