The Committees of the Philharmonic Society of Orange County

The Committees of the Philharmonic Society are the volunteer force that plays an active role in providing music education and community programs. With 21 Committees located throughout Orange County, our 700 volunteer members provide more than 90,000 hours of in-kind service each year to support the Philharmonic Society's nationally recognized youth music education programs, which offer engaging, i

nspiring, and enriching educational experiences. Our passionate Committees members usher at youth concerts, docent music education programs in schools and concert halls, and organize and facilitate fundraising events such as the Philharmonic House of Design and Huntington Harbour Cruise of Lights®—all while enjoying camaraderie and providing philanthropic service within our communities.
