🌌 The universe has been preaching since day one — and it hasn't stopped.
This Sunday we continue Summer in the Psalms with Psalm 19 — and David doesn't start with a prayer or a confession. He starts by looking up.
The heavens are declaring. The skies are proclaiming. Day after day, night after night — creation hasn't gone silent for a single moment.
But here's the question Psalm 19 forces us to ask:
Are we actually listening?
Here's what Psalm 19 wants you to know:
🌟 Creation is constantly declaring the glory of God — the problem isn't that He's not speaking

📖 Scripture reveals what creation can't — the very heart of God

🔄 God's Word doesn't just inform you — it restores your soul

🙏 The closer you get to God's holiness, the more clearly you see your need for Him

🪨 The rest your soul is desperate for is only found in His presence
Maybe you've been straining to hear God's voice. Running at full speed. Too busy to be still.
The root issue isn't whether God is speaking.

The root issue is whether we trust Him enough to stop, listen, surrender, and rest.
Be still — and know that He is God.

🪨 When life shakes — and it will — what are you standing on?

This Sunday we continue Summer in the Psalms with one of the most powerful songs David ever wrote. Psalm 18 isn't written in the middle of the storm. It's written on the other side of it.

David had been hunted. Betrayed. Nearly killed. For years he lived as a fugitive with everything stripped away.

But when deliverance finally came — he didn't celebrate his own cleverness.

He celebrated God's faithfulness.

Here's what Psalm 18 wants you to know:

🏔️ The God who is your Rock has never moved — not once
🙏 He hears every prayer, every tear, every cry in the middle of the night
⚡ He moves all of creation on behalf of His people
⚔️ He doesn't just rescue you — He equips you and goes with you
🎉 And when you've seen all that He's done — the only response left is praise

Maybe today you feel like David in the cave. Surrounded by uncertainty. Pressed by fear. Overwhelmed by circumstances.

The God who delivered David has not changed.
The God who raised Jesus from the dead has not changed.
The God who sustains His church today has not changed.

So here's the question: What would change if you actually ran to the Rock?

🌌 Look up at the night sky long enough and something happens — your problems shrink and your wonder grows.
This Sunday we continue Summer in the Psalms — and Psalm 8 asks one of the greatest questions in all of Scripture. Standing under the stars, David looks up and asks: "What is man that you are mindful of him?"
Here's what this ancient song of wonder wants you to know:
✨ The God who spoke billions of galaxies into existence knows your name
👑 You were not made by accident — you were crowned with dignity and purpose
🪞 Sin cracked the mirror, but the gospel restores it completely
🙌 And when you understand all of that — the only response left is worship
We live in a world full of anxiety, identity confusion, and noise. Psalm 8 cuts through all of it with a simple, stunning truth: the God who hung the stars has not forgotten you.
