The landscape of abortion in America has changed—rapidly and dramatically.
We are no longer operating in a system where most women walk into a clinic, meet with a physician, receive an ultrasound, and undergo a medically supervised procedure. Today, a growing number of women are obtaining abortion pills online—through websites and distributors—often with little to no medical oversight.
The reality is this: many abortion-determined women are bypassing traditional points of contact entirely. If we are not adapting to that shift, we are not reaching them.
