We love our partnership with SOS. People helping people!

A HUGE thank you our Magnolia Lions, for their monetary contribution and continued support of SOS -and for the incredible work they do to serve our community.

We also had the opportunity to hear from our friend Jeffrey Klein with the Tomball Regional Health Foundation, who shared the many ways TRHF pours back into our community and surrounding areas.

What stood out most tonight was how beautifully connected it all is. TRHF provides grant funding to SOS as well, to benefit our robust health and wellness program.
The Lions Club conducts vision screenings. And when someone is identified as needing assistance, like glasses, they are then connected back to SOS, where we’re able to provide vouchers for exams and care.
It’s full circle. It’s collaboration. It’s community.
And that’s what we do. ❤️

Pancakes and bacon were had, bounce house jumps and pillow case decorating was done and most importantly, fun was had by all!

Thank you Magnolia for helping us to have a successful Pancake Supper.

Y’all make sure to come have some pancakes and bacon with this evening and support Magnolia Lions Club.

Not only can you come and enjoy community, breakfast for dinner and some great silent auction items, but… you can also decorate a pillow case for Sleep in Heavenly Peace kiddos to enjoy. You can decorate a bag for a special senior in our community for Meals on Wheels Montgomery County. There will also be a bounce house and Montgomery County ESD No. 10/Magnolia Fire Department will be there with a fire truck.

Something for everyone, so come on out!

✨ Magnolia Lions Club Community Impact! ✨

This week our Magnolia Lions Club volunteers had the privilege of performing free vision screenings for Pre-K and Kindergarten students at Parkway Elementary and Smith Elementary. 👓💙

Early vision screenings make a BIG difference! Using the PlusoptiX vision screener — a handheld device that tests both eyes at once — allows us to quickly identify common vision issues (like refractive error, strabismus, or other concerns) that could make learning harder if left uncorrected. 

When vision issues are corrected early, children can focus better in class, read easier, and learn with confidence. 📚✨

We are proud to support our local schools, families, and little learners—helping ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Thank you to the school staff, nurses, and parents for welcoming us and partnering in this important mission!
