Here in Madison, the need is rising—fast.

The Madison Eagle Christmas Fund is preparing to help 500+ neighbors this season, including 230+ kids.

We’re seeing two groups especially feeling the squeeze: seniors on fixed incomes and families facing higher costs (applications from families are up 15%, with a family of four eligible for SNAP at $72,000 household income).

What we all love most about the MECF is the dignity and local impact: donations become grocery, clothing, and local merchant gift cards, so recipients can choose what they truly need—and our Madison businesses benefit too.

It’s neighbors quietly helping neighbors, and it matters.

If you’ve ever wondered, “Does my gift make a difference?” The answer is yes. Every dollar goes right back to Madison families and seniors who could use a hand this holiday season.

Because it's never too early to start spreading holiday cheer...

Teo Bengtsson, Colin Reilly and Thomas Meeker will be outside of McCools tonight (Thursday) from 6-8 pm ringing bells to raise money for the Madison Eagle Christmas Fund.

Stop by, enjoy an ice cream on this beautiful evening, and help us kick off the giving season!
