Vista members have been participating in the Engage Spring Wellness Challenge! The goal is to exercise for 30 minutes each day for 30 days in the month of May, building healthy habits, celebrating progress, and supporting one another along the way. Recently, Paige and Paul got their 30 minutes of movement on a hike through the woods at the Griswold Preserve in Old Lyme. Great job Paige and Paul!
