In the interest of coming together as neighborhoods with common interests, including thoughtful development, a shared safety in community, and protection of investments; the Madison County Property Owners Association exists to define and uphold the standard of home ownership that makes this area great. Careful and deliberate steps must be made as neighborhoods understand one another’s perspectives while communicating their own. The mission of the MCPOA is to foster dialogue between member neighborhoods that these members can use to generate a unified message to county and state leadership regarding infrastructure, zoning, and development. The MCPOA believes that the member neighborhoods all have a voice in how this rapidly developing area is built out. The MCPOA believes that the property owner’s voice can be best amplified through an organized and consolidated congress of neighborhoods that care about one another’s place in Madison County.
