The annual Madison Kiwanis Club Spring 5k run hosted nearly 100 runners on March 21.
The overall winner was Casey Mull with a time of 20:38. Morgan Grace was the overall female winner.
For several runners, the day was a family affair. John and Dorothy Johnson, a couple visiting friends in the area, won the male and female over-80 category. Tara and Charlie Bubenheim, wife and son of Kiwanian Jeff, ran as did Madison father and son Glenn and Tom Eskew.
The race is one of the two main annual fundraisers for Madison Kiwanis Club, and the club couldn't do it without the generous support of our sponsors listed on the back of the race T-shirt.
One anonymous Kiwanian wore bunny ears. One young runner took his dog along, and a mother ran with her baby carriage.
EVERYONE HAD A GREAT TIME.
