This is a public page for supporters and members of the Formerly Incarcerated College Graduates Network. The page will post stories of formerly incarcerated college graduates, updates about our network, and news about prison and post-prison education programs. If you are a formerly incarcerated graduate of any college program and would like to join the network, please message this page or post a r

equest to join the network. It includes people from varied educational backgrounds-- AA to JD/PhD/EdD as well as careers ranging from staff members to State and Federal Administrators, Executive Directors, Attorneys, Professors, and a College President. If you're not a formerly incarcerated graduate but would like to help us promote and expand the network, please share this page with your friends, colleagues, and formerly incarcerated graduates you know.

FICGN is excited to partner with Jobs for the Future and the Center for Employment Opportunities on an upcoming professional development event for people with records.

Opportunities Forward: A Fair Chance Employer Expo is a virtual event taking place on January 15, 2026. It will highlight inclusive employer practices and create space for meaningful conversations about pathways to . This is not a job fair. This event is an opportunity for employers to showcase effective HR policies and practices and for job seekers to ask questions about how to best prepare prior to applying, during the interview process, and when onboarding.
